When I walked into reception, Khalid and Muath met me. I had just driven nine hours from Jeddah, and we got into a conversation. These guys made me feel welcome. Even though I was tired from the drive, I enjoyed talking to these guys. They made my stay special and also gave me a free upgrade to junior suite which I very much appreciated after my long drive.. Thank you Khaild and Muath, whenever I come to Riyadh, I will always at this hotel and I look forward to catching up with you guys soon!

I had an amazing stay at Braira and I truly appreciate their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional making the check-in process smooth and effortless. To my surprise, the manager Faisal, even upgraded my room to a suite, which was a wonderful gesture that made my stay even more special.

It was (I believe) my 15th time staying at Braira Qurtubah and it always feels like home when I stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The restaurant is very good. And even during Ramandan they provide a good breakfast in the room (for people who don't do fasting). Private parking at the hotel feels safe. Location of the hotel is just perfect. Short drive from the airport and easy location to drive from to other parts of Riyadh. I will be back soon.

The room is beyond our expectations and comfortable, all the facilities included. The food is excellent and variety, really enjoyed with the dessert as well. Checking in and checking out also easy to follow.

I've used the gym for the first time this trip. While it needs a little more life to it, the equipment was sufficient to get a good work out in.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional. Starting from the beginning, the receptionist "Heila" was very helpful, nice, and professional. She recommended that we see the room and make made sure we liked it before she gave it to us. The coffeeshop seating area was also very nice. We loved sitting outdoor at the pool during these times when the weather is nice in Riyadh. Finally, when we asked the receptionist "Heila" if it is possible to extend our checkout time because of our late flight, she was so nice and did it. If you are in Riyadh and looking for a nice, modern, clean, affordable and luxurious hotel, this is it.

Comfy bed with very smooth sheets Loved the pool area Staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy Special thanks to Anas, he was extremely kind and generous Thanks Haila, Maram, and all the receptionists who were super accommodating Raj and jilani from the cafe And those who I couldn’t get their names or I forgot, Everyone was great! Firstly I would like to thank all the staff starting with the checkin desk by Ms. Malak she was really helpful and cooperative. Ending by Mr. Mohammed Alshammari with his welcoming gesture and excellent attitude. Moreover, The coffee shop staff was really efficient and friendly. They greeted customers with a warm smile and took their orders promptly. One of the key assets in this hotel is people.
